I got a referral to call Steve from Arrow Garage Door from a co-worker, and I’m glad I did. Our garage door stopped working and we couldn’t figure out the issue. Steve came by for an initial assessment and tried troubleshooting so we could hopefully eliminate some easier/cheaper solutions before he moved onto possible bigger issues. Unfortunately, we had to call him back out to have the circuit board replaced, it seems the old one stopped working properly. Steve took care of ordering and picking up our new part, and helped us get a better price and better quality product than if we were to grab one at a big-name store. He’s very knowledgeable and friendly, and our garage door works like a charm now!

Our garage door needed immediate service after the coiled spring snapped. In need of a quick fix while it’s snowing/raining and couldn’t wait for a next day or two days out for a repair. Called this company. Was super helpful and gave a quote and helpful information over the phone. Showed up within the hour and started working on it right away. If your looking for a clean/honest company to trust. Definitely can recommend them.

Response time was really good, they knew what they were doing and they were reasonable and personable.

Steve showed up exactly at 5:00 pm, a time that was selected for my convenience, not his, to accommodate my working schedule. He quickly replaced my broken spring, checked it all out, and charged me a fair price without trying to upcharge by recommending non-needed service. I was very happy with his work and would happily call him again.
